This is just another reminder for everyone that surveys are locked now so you can't place a further order, but addresses are still able to be updated! I also wanted to remind everyone that we will be charging cards for anyone that didn't pay via Paypal on Monday November 15th.
Pre-orders are officially closed and I'm so happy that everyone loves these bags as much as I do! I'll be sending out a warning that I'm locking surveys in 2 days which means that you'll have 48 hours to make any last minute changes to your survey (including adding extras). I'll be charging cards on November 15th for anyone that didn't utilize the PayPal option. If you are are Pre-Order backer (did not pledge through Kickstarter, ordered on Backerkit) the survey does not apply to you.
Also, if you were a UK Backer and have contacted me, please know that your pledge has been refunded so that you may purchase through the Etsy listing which will collect VAT and make things easier. Thank you for helping me with this workaround!
We still have 14 surveys that haven't been completed and I sent reminders today from BackerKit. Please check your inbox and spam just in case it went there! Also, if your pledge didn't go through on Kickstarter, you do still have the option to pay through BackerKit. If you do not fill out your survey before December 31st I will be forced to assume your pledge is a donation, and you will not recieve your rewards.
We're coming up to the end of the survey period! At the moment, surveys are holding rather steady at 82% and we have about 7 days left. Please make sure to get those surveys filled out so that we can get your bag to you. Paypal has also been added as a payment option, both for the pre-order store and your shipping charges. If you paid with your card, they will be charged about 2 days after surveys are closed on Nov 1st.

There were a handful of errored pledges here on Kickstarter, but the good news is that your spot isn't lost. You still have a chance to pay your pledge through your Backerkit survey, so check your email (and your spam folder) to see if you've missed it somewhere. Also pre-orders are open on Backerkit if you missed the window to pledge! Please use this link to access the pre-order store.
We've also added payment through PayPal as an option! PayPal will charge you immediately whereas the usual BackerKit setup will not charge you until after we lock orders and charge cards (which will be about a week after we lock orders. )
On another note, in the campaign FAQ we said that there wouldn't be shipping from the campaign to the UK due to the VAT issues. Thankfully, we've been setting up the work around for this via Etsy as they do all of the hard work of remitting that VAT for us. If you are a backer in the UK, we will be refunding your pledge from the Kickstarter to give you a chance to charge it through the Etsy shop. If you would like to pre-order and you're in the UK, you can also use this link! The prices there also include shipping based on the weight and USPS prices. (This is only for backers/pre-orders in the UK. Everyone else will have their orders refunded.)

These are from Cat's Pin Club, a program I help run with Catstealers to help small indie artists make merch that's otherwise out of reach! Each pin has glow in the dark elements and is designed by a different independent artist - funding the project guarantees participants a certain amount of stock to sell on their own! It's a really cool program and the pins are adorable! Please check it out!
Now, down to business! Backerkit surveys are launching in about 4 hours! Check your emails!! You will have until November 1st to submit your responses! This is also when you can add more pins, more bags and more inserts if you didn't add them on during the campaign. This is also where we're charging shipping costs as we want to make sure that we could give you the most accurate prices. We also won't be charging cards immediately, but will send an update before we charge cards for your shipping costs.
Please also keep an eye out just in case your pledge was declined! If it has been, Kickstarter will give you about 7 days from the end of the campaign to fix any issues and, if they aren't fixed, your pledge will be cancelled.
Additionally, our preorder store is open - for people who didn't back the campaign! Know someone who's kicking themselves about having missed out? Send them our way! Preorder store will be open until November 1st!
